Elena was phenomenal to work with while planning our wedding. My wedding was the first wedding my side of the family had seen in over 10 years, so knowing where and how to start was beyond me. On top of all of that, we planned a wedding in South Bend while living in Indianapolis. She made everything work beautifully. We told her our “must haves”, ideas, and our budget and she gave us recommendations on how to make it all work together seamlessly. Elena is the best! My husband and I hired her as our day of coordinator and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. Elena was on top of drafting, sharing and implementing our schedule. She helped us get back on track when we got behind on schedule. (When Elena suggests adding more time to a part of your day, like hair and make up, definitely do it!) Elena helped us through some snafus with one of our vendors. She safeguarded our time at dinner so that we could relax and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife. When I dropped a glass after over-enthusiastically hugging my aunt, Elena was on top of it and made sure everything got cleaned up so the dance floor was safe again!
We are so thankful that Elena helped us celebrate our special day! We had a stress free and magical day! She also captured some awesome candid photos in some of the in between moments while our photographers were preparing for the ceremony to start.
