Meet Founder, Elena Adams
I am an Event and Wedding Planner based out of Northern Indiana
serving the surrounding areas and destinations beyond.
I am a 48 year old mother, wife and business owner.
I have always been an extremely hard worker and have held every job title in the food industry including to 10 years of restaurant management and then developed a passion for for events and event management,
so I dove in 15 years ago.

Consulting
Maybe you just want to talk through your ideas and have us share our expertise. As professional advisors, we help couples plan specific aspects of their wedding, offering expert advice on logistics, venue selection based on budget, style, theme and location. We offer guidance on styling and design and rentals based on your particular vision. And we especially offer vendor recommendations for those we have personally worked with, knowing they will offer the same level of service that we provide
Day -Of Coordinating
Have you already planned the event and now you just need someone to take the reigns and make sure the order of events is followed without having to enlist family and friends to run the show. We offer Day-Of Coordination so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your special day! We will take care of the flow of the day and be the point of contact so you can be present, uninterrupted and left to enjoy every moment.
Set-Up & Break-Down
Some clients need our help with full service set-up. We have a set-up team that will take care of all the set-up and tear-down for you. From tables and chairs, to fine linens, place settings and decor placement, to staging, lighting, backdrops, furniture, and much much more! This is a separate package that can be purchased alone or added onto another service.
Partial PLanning Services
If you have all of your vendors booked, but are ready to bring on a professional to help bring your vision life offering full comprehensive design, we provide our Partial Planning Service as an option. We will come in at this point and work with you until the very end designing invitations, create the room layout and design, curate all of the timelines for the day for each vendor, manage budget, meet with all of your vendors to ensure your vision is executed perfectly!
Full Service Planning
This option is for those clients that are at the very beginning stages of planning. We will help with every single detail, starting with finding the perfect location to host your event that fits your style and budget. We will make sure you choose the right vendors to partner with to make sure the outcome is even better than you could have every imagined.
Add-Ons
There are so many details surrounding your event, but don't worry, we've got you! Whether you need beautifully assembled toiletry displays in the restrooms for your guests, or need your rental home stocked with groceries prior to your arrival, or need the tuxes, suits, gowns, dry-cleaning picked up. We can take care of it all. We can even provide house keeping, arrange for transportation or offer child care. We take care of everything, so you don't have to!
Welcome Bags
Would you like to greet your out-of-town guests with a unique welcome bag full of handy items they might need during their stay or customize them with his and her favorite gifts that represent who you are as a couple? We can provide, assemble and distribute the bags for you and have them waiting for your guests as they check into their rooms.
Travel PLans
Are you dreaming of a romantic weekend getaway or Caribbean honeymoon? Want the serenity of a private villa nestled in a lush tropical landscape or do you prefer to see the ocean from high above the sand? We work with incredible travel agents that will help you book the vacation of your dreams. Whether it's in the sand or on top of a mountain, we will help get you there!

Elena was phenomenal to work with while planning our wedding. My wedding was the first wedding my side of the family had seen in over 10 years, so knowing where and how to start was beyond me. Elena is the best! My husband and I hired her as our day of coordinator and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. Elena was on top of drafting, sharing and implementing our schedule. She helped us get back on track when we got behind on schedule. (When Elena suggests adding more time to a part of your day, like hair and make up, definitely do it!) Elena helped us through some snafus with one of our vendors. She safeguarded our time at dinner so that we could relax and enjoy our first meal as husband and wife. When I dropped a glass after over-enthusiastically hugging my aunt, Elena was on top of it and made sure everything got cleaned up so the dance floor was safe again!
