Hello! It's great to meet all of you. My passion for the food and beverage and hospitality industry began over for 32 years ago. From my early days of waiting tables in a family-owned, Florida pizzeria, to working through every title there is in restaurants, ending with a management position for 10 years.
Once I found my way to the event world, I never looked back. Being a part of creating special moments for couples and their friends and family, gives me a sense of purpose and fuels my drive for success. Having held the position of Event Director at a private country club for nearly 9 years where I helped plan and coordinate over 400 weddings and thousands of events, I always dreamed of something even bigger. I dreamed of taking a risk and so I did. In the spring of 2023, I closed the door to the corporate world and became a small business owner, opening ONE FINE DAY Special Events and Wedding Planning. I am so fortunate that almost all of my events and business that I have received has been referral based from my past clients sharing the wonderful experiences they had working with me on their side. It is so humbling to have such a supportive group of clients that value my work ethic, dedication and ability to create such memorable events for them, that they speak so highly of me and share that with friends, family and colleagues.

If there is a timeline to build, a logistics puzzle to solve, or a hundred moving pieces to coordinate, Sarah is in her happy place. With over 15 years of experience in corporate operations and client service leadership, Sarah has always loved bringing order to chaos and making complex plans come to life. In 2022, she launched Seamless Day Events to help clients enjoy stress-free celebrations. Now, as a partner at ONE FINE DAY, she combines her logistics expertise with Elena's creative vision to deliver exceptional events from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to keep even the most complex events running smoothly, Sarah specializes in transforming months of planning into effortless experiences for clients and guests alike. From vendor management and timelines to day-of execution, she loves being the person who makes everything happen behind the scenes. When she's not coordinating events, you'll find Sarah spending time with her husband and two girls, discovering new restaurants, playing at the park or a day at the pool, or enjoying a great cup of coffee. Her favorite part of every event?

Lena combines creativity, organization, and strategic thinking in her role within real estate marketing, where she helps agents and brands elevate their presence through thoughtful marketing and design. With a background in hospitality and event coordination, Lena has experience planning and executing a wide range of events, from upscale celebrations to intimate gatherings. She enjoys bringing a vision to life from concept to completion, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience. Having worked alongside exceptional mentors throughout her career, Lena has developed strengths in creative design, project management, multitasking, and client service. She thrives in fast-paced environments and values building meaningful relationships while delivering memorable results. As she continues to grow professionally, Lena looks forward to expanding her involvement with ONEFINE DAY while further developing her expertise in real estate marketing, event coordination, and creative design.

Hi, I'm Aubrey! My husband and I are raising our sweet 1½-year-old son, Crew, and are excited to be welcoming another baby boy this fall! I’m a stay-at-home mom who loves making memories with my family and helping others celebrate life’s special moments. I joined Elena’s team in early 2025, but my journey here has been a fun mix of experiences. I spent 10 years at Hobby Lobby, where I grew my creativity and learned the value of hard work. From there, I spent time in both the medical and birth-work fields before landing at a wholesale floral company— where Elena happened to be one of my clients! I’ve always loved weddings, events, flowers, and any excuse to celebrate, so this role feels like the perfect fit. I love being part of a team that brings creativity, personality, and a unique touch to every event. Whether I’m helping create a beautiful wedding with ONE FINE DAY or serving smiles from a Boujee B’s cart, my favorite part is knowing I’m helping make someone’s day a little more special. Creating joyful memories is what it’s all about, and I’m so grateful to be a small part of those moments!

I first discovered my passion for events while working at a dinner theatre throughout high school. Working with vendors and venue staff to coordinate the moving parts behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for guests is what sparked my passion for event coordination. My passion grew as I worked alongside charity organizations on their charity events. I realized I truly enjoyed bringing people together for meaningful events. Now, I serve as a Day-of Coordinator for an event venue, where I have gathered valuable experience in managing event logistics, problem solving, and ensuring every event goes smoothly. I am thrilled to bring your visions to life with the team at One Fine Day and Boujee B’s! I look forward to creating events that are memorable and special for all of our clients.

When she's not working, you can find her behind a camera capturing memories, spending time fishing, or searching for hidden gems while thrift shopping. A graduate of St. Mary's College, Carstyn brings a friendly personality, strong work ethic, and genuine love for connecting with people to everything she does.

Kendra is a Teacher Assistant by day during the school year, and an event specialist by night (and on the weekends!). You will often see her in your event space assisting with setup, but may catch her assisting with other logistical needs throughout your event. Kendra is a TWIN MOM and resides with her husband and dog, Roxy, in the Mishawaka countryside. When she’s not looking at the beautiful, picturesque views from her porch and playing with her girls, she’s usually playing a round of golf!
